We liked the location of the room, everything was as I requested including extra towels, the room was clean and larger than we expected. We had had a couple of bad experiences with other chains where we paid quite a bit and things were broken, dirty and I had already paid for the rooms and it was too late at night to change places. I put in a request here and it was heaven. Thank you so much for having everything working, nice and ready for us. The bed was very comfortable too. We expect to be back next year when our conference (non-business) occurs again.

It was easy to get too. Staff were friendly and need a raise for working long hours in a facility that had broken air conditioning. As miserable as it must have been the staff always smiled and were friendly.

We weren't too far from Frankenmuth, which was the reason we were in the area. The room was also clean and the bathroom was big.

The hote entrance was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. The rooms and the bathroom were neat. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.
